Food Sharing #148 - WWA Cafe @ Bangkok, Thailand
Hi Everyone,
When you mention going to Thailand, the first thing many people think of would be cheap food and drinks. While I was in Thailand, I found a reasonable priced cafe at Central World offering quality coffees and teas - though it would be more expensive than what you get from the carts outside. But for the location and quality, this cafe was a good find.
Let’s have a look at the menu first. The menu was simple, one page with just coffee and teas. My friend opt for a latte and I went with the jasmine rose moroccan tea.
The drinks came quickly as we were the only customers there at the time. The cup of coffee for my friend was pretty big. Maybe 50% more than the average coffee size we get in Sydney. The tea came in a simple pot with a very tiny cup which I thought was a bit annoying as I like to have my tea in a big mug/cup. None the less, maybe this tea I have chosen is supposed to be served this way.
Friend loved the coffee (she is a regular customer there) and the tea for me was nice and with a nice fragrant. It’s a kind of green tea when they explained it to us. There cafe had around 5-6 tables available with nice lamps along side the coffee area. It was actually really good lighting when we were taking photos of the drink. If you are in the area and want to enjoy a nice coffee or tea after a long day shopping in the centre, check this place out!
