Food Sharing #76 - Lunch at Echo Restaurant @ Tihany, Hungary
Hi Everyone,
Today I would like to take you to a fabulous restaurant in Tihany at Hungary. We were in Tihany for two days and during our stay, there seems to be a lot of restaurants serving fish as a specialty so we have gone on foursquare to see what recommendations they recommended. We need up choose - because it was close to where we were visiting plus it has a really nice view.
Just look at the entrance. It has an open space and you already can feel the relaxing environment they are trying to create for their customers. When you walk closer, the building is actually pretty tall. You have an option to visit their cafe or the restaurant so we chose the restaurant side for lunch.
Let’s have a look at the menu. For tourists like us, there was English printed on the menu so there was no issue ordering here.
We were later given some bread. We ordered a fish soup, wrapped pig with bratwurst and the chicken breast from the kids menu. My fish soup was a bit ordinary considering I had a really great one at Bled which I have wrote about before but the pork was delicious. I also thought the chicken meal for the kids was a bit small but it was acceptable.
The view here was stunning. As the weather was changing we sat under cover but still a bit outdoors. The restaurant prices were average considering it has a great view of the water. Service was great with the waitress speaking great English.

Phew, luckily the menu has English translation. No pics in menu, only words. The food looked wonderful, thoughtful plating. Your phototaking of the view was spot on! I learned something new yet again!, ⭐😁⭐😁⭐
