A wonderful dinner and a great evening at Yuan Sushi Restaurant.. Excellent value for money, they also have an amazing, friendly and polite waiters and waitresses with an excellent speed of service ...but some struggles alot speaking Italian, but they have an excellent communication with customers..

.. Soy beans steamed seaweed Salmon seared tuna grilled with seeds poppy rice puffs covered with salmon with tabasco tartar .. all great taste with good price
Very good sushi with quiet environment, it's worth my precious time...
