"Hakone bakery" started from the thought that customers want to taste "delicious bread" to enrich their hearts at the travel destination by "Omotenashi bread" made by high quality materials and skilled skills. "Hakone bakery" has expanded not only to Bakery Restaurant of Hakone Yumoto, but also stores to Kawasaki, Odawara, Kokubunji.

On this day, I enjoyed walking at Kokubunji, so I visited the "Meets Kokubunji Bakery Restaurant" at the Hakone Bakery Restaurant.

日本屈指のリゾート地、箱根で生まれた「箱根ベーカリー」。上質な材料と熟練の技によって作られる"おもてなしのパン"によって旅先で心を豊かにする"美味しいパン"をお客様に味わってもらいたいとの思いから生まれた箱根ベーカリー。今や箱根湯本の本店だけでなく、川崎や小田原、国分寺にも店舗を展開するまでになりました。

この日は国分寺のぶらり散歩で朝食を味わうべく「箱根ベーカリー ミーツ国分寺店」を訪れました。

好きなパンをセルフサービス方式で選びます。

朝食に選んだパンはこちらです。

手前から「箱根カレーパン」、「クロワッサン」、「箱根スペシャルメロンパン」で御座います。

箱根カレーパン 250円

鶏ひき肉をトマトベースで丁寧に炒め10種類のスパイスを使用したキーマカレーをチャパタで包み焼き上げたパンです。もちもちした生地の中には、ごろごろとした粗めののキーマカレーが詰まっています。

お次は一番人気のクロワッサン。

クロワッサン 230円

頂くと、バターの美味しい香りが口いっぱいに広がります。サクサクとしていて美味。

メロンパンです。

箱根スペシャルメロンパン 290円

北海道産メロン果汁を使用した、箱根ベーカリー「海老名サービスエリア店」で人気の名物メロンパン。

メロンを練りこませたオレンジ色の生地の中には、北海道産のメロン果汁を混ぜたクリームがはいっています。

まさにメロンを味わい尽くすことができる一品です。

朝ごはんを食べて引き続き散歩を楽しみたいと思います。
