Affordable & Unique SUSHI Experience at Genki Sushi !

Fancy a fully automated high tech and oishii sushi experience ? Lets gooo
Went to their newly opened outlet at junction 8 , the hype was real, queued for around 20 mins , so if you dont wann wait like me... be an early bird~
But regardless of the waiting time , i can tell u that its really worth the wait .
Once seated , ordering is done through the ipad, with a digital menu , its easy and quick!
Got a bunch of diffrent sushis for the first set which i will delve into soon!
Now the unique experience comes from the KES System AKA the Kousoku Express System , the bullet train will come Zoooming to your location in no time !
It serves almost anything from desserts , bowl of soups , sushis and more!
This is the Oyster Sushi , one of my fav too , flamed torched with parmesan cheese, peppers and herbs , love the chardness , and the mix of flavors from salty , spicy , herby.
I honestly would mass order this !
The Salmon Belly Sushi! For all those people that love salmon fat melting in their mouth , this is for u!
The Terriyaki Unagi sushi , crispy on the outside , terriyaki + Unagi a perfect combo!
Even without the terriyaki sauce , its a beautiful foogasm sight to see!
The Unique EGG + Mentaiko Sauce Sushi!

Now of course you cant miss out on OISHII Sashimi Rolls ! Dipped it with lots of wasabi and light sauce ~ Ahhhhh
Just out of curiousity , tried the smoked duck sushi lol , the smoked duck was great , but i guess pariing it with sushi didint clicked .
The Special Singapore Sushi , seared tuna topped with seaweed paste , sesame seeds and chives, a unique combination! Tasted like the ocean~
I really love this too, the Beef Strips Sushi , flamed torched , love the chardness plus the intense beefy flavor , addiction warning *
Corn Sushi , sweet and corny , perfect !
The TRIO Lobster Rolls , topped with sweet terriyaki sauce , tobiko , and fried tempura bits.
My All Time fav , the LARGE Ebi sushis, topped with a hint of mentaiko , i had trouble picking it up with the chopsticks, very crispy , succulent prawn .
This needs another Addiction Warning *
Lastly a soft shell crab hand roll !
I will most definetly go back there again ! Highyl Recommened as its afforadle and has the utmost good quality!
