Signature WOOW Chilli & Unique Thai Cuisines - Baan Ying review
Sah Wah Dee Khrap ALL !
My love for Thai Food has always been HIGH ~
Baan Ying, a popular bangkok authenthic thai resturant that has a mixed of modern and local flavors .
Went to give it a try , dishes down here are within a range from $10 and above ~
Now of course i always look for the signature dish whenever i go , but wait .. lets review the rest first ~
The Pineapple rice here (Top) has so much flavor , prawns cooked perfectly , presentation is spot on!
Next .. the Fried clams with basil, garlic amd chilli , garlicky , slighty salty and herby!
The Classic Tom Yum Seafood Soup , this can never go wrong with the authenthic sour and spicy goodness!
Baan Ying's Signature Mid Wings ! , served on a fancy mug ~ Crispy Wings that is split into 2, bite size easy , dipped with the mind blowing Signature chilli ,
This is the chilli that Astounded me !
A mixed of flavors from sweet , spicy , herby , followed by a sour and winey aftertaste .
My 2nd fav signature dish ~ ..
The Prik Khing Tofu ~ ( French Beans stir fried with tofu and their Signature chilli )
You can tell that the chilli paste is blended freshly , combining it with the cruncy fresh french beans and tofu to balance out the Intense flavors.
My 3rd fav signature dish ~
The Stir Fried pork mixed with their signature chilli , a little dry though , so what i did is a grab a spoonful of stir fired pork , and take a scoop of their sigature chilli from the wings and pour it over the spoonful of pork
~ Watch the fireworks on your tastebuds!!!!
The Papaya salad , extra sour, spicy , nutty , a refresher on your mouth !
Drinks of course , the classic and my fav thai milk tea ~ Cheers !
Overall , i give Baan Ying a
4.94 / 5 Star for its uniqueness and passion for their cooking!
