Ah yes, I've heard of pea flowers before. Very popular in recent years, particularly with girls because of the unique colour.
Yes, you are right. Most restaurants in Thailand like to use pea flowers as raw materials to change the color of food. And there is also a pea flower water with sweet taste when you drink. You will feel refreshed ^^
