Ulog# 185 Bagong Bayani- Baguio City, Philippines

After eating dinner, me and my girlfriend decided to give this shop called Bagong Bayani a try. It is located at the second floor of Porta Vaga mall. Their main thing that they sell are drinks.

When you translate Bagong Bayani in English it means New Hero.

Its quite a small place, but the decorations are really fun to look at. One thing that I didn't like about this place was that it was kinda hot inside. I hope that there would be more ventilation.





This was their menu that was located outside. I really loved the idea that they used like how they named the different types of item like small talk is a 16 oz drink and you can upgrade it to a road trip which is 22 oz.


This was their counter. It's so nice of them to consider helping preserve the environment by encouraging you to bring you own reusable straws, tumblers, cutlery and other utensils. They also sell bamboo straws if you wanted to buy .

I ordered the "The Classic" drink which is a sago't gulaman drink with dark pearls, tapioca and their signature jelly. This drink was very sweet and refreshing. It actually tasted different from all the sago't gulaman drinks that I have been drinking. They were even very generous in giving pearls and tapioca. After I finished this drink I was very full.

My girlfriend ordered the "The Casual" drink which was their signature iced- cream coffee with coffee jelly and dark pearls. I tasted it, though I'm not really a fan of coffee, it actually tasted good. Sh really enjoyed drinking it.
