Ulog #131 Pinoy Style Spaghetti - Solibao Baguio City

This restaurant is actually famous for it's take outs, especially when it comes to celebrating parties or when you want to order food that's good for a group of people. This restaurant is called Solibao. One advantage that they have is that they are located at Heart of our City.

We had to buy a snack for our workplace and we decided to get food from here. In the counter you can see the sizes of the Bilao's that they use and it gives an approximation on how many people can it serve. Small(5-7 Persons), Medium (10-13 Persons), Large (15-17 Persons) and X- Large(20-25 Persons)

This was their whole menu
They have a whole variety of food from Breakfast, Sizzlers, Lechon Cebu, Rice bow Toppings, Noodles, Ihaw Ihaw sa Bilao, Sandwiches, Seafood, Beef, Pork, Chicken, Vegetables, Merienda,Combo Meals, Soup, Pulutan, Take Out Bilao SpecialsBeverages and Dessert.

These are the take out Bilao Specials

I never tried eating in this place but here's a photo of the restaurant, its quite big and it has a 2nd floor.

While waiting for our food I was looking around I saw that they had a reward of being Baguio's Outstanding restaurateur and they celebrated 10 Years of Culinary Excellence last 2013.

I also noticed that they had a lot of wood carvings inside the restaurant.

We ordered a Medium Bilao Spaghetti for our workplace it costs 650 Php or that's around 12.67 United States Dollar

It was placed in aluminum foil and wrapped in cling wrap and below it was the bilao.

As soon as it was opened you could smell the fragrance of the spaghetti and if you look closely the cheese was already melted. This was pinoy style spaghetti because it was cooked differently. Usually Filipino spaghetti is sweet compared to the typical spaghetti. One thing that I can say was that It tasted delicious! I'm getting hungry from looking at it's pictures and remembering its taste.
