Ulog#290 Swiss Baker Cafe- Baguio City, Philippines
This is one of the cafe's where we usually buy our bread when I was a young little boy. The cafe is called Swiss Baker Cafe. It is located at Session Road which is Baguio's Central Business District. Which makes this shop accessible to most of the people who go to town.
They newly renovated this Cafe. Before, we had to order the bread from the counter. They upgraded their system, where they put all their pastries in the shelf and you should get it yourself busing a tray and pay for it at the counter. They served different kinds of pastries like Pies, Doughnuts, Croissants, Long John, Pandesal, Rolls, Ensaymada and pizza.
They also have different beverages and it is divided into two, coffee based and non coffee based.
Coffee based beverages- espresso, brewed coffee, cappucino, cafe Americano, cafe Latte, Cafe mocha, Salted Caramel and Java Chip Frappe.
Non coffee based beverages- Cotton Candy Frappe, matcha Latte, matcha Frappe, Hot Chocolate, Fresh milk, black and green tea.
Here are the different meals that they serve
These are the cake that you can order from them, it's located at he counter.
You could see how they were making the bread.
Its actually self service if you want your bread heated up. To be honest it's a hassle to heat your bread here, waiting for others to finish. I hope they get a bigger oven in the future or add more.
This establishment had 2 floors. If you wanted eat and stay downstairs, the table was a long one.
We ordered a brewed coffee, it comes with one pack of creamer and there was sugar in the table.
We got their egg pie and a long john( a doughnut with cheese inside) for our snack. My girlfriend said that she wanted the egg pie sweeter. Other than that the food was good
The brewed coffee had a strong taste, but it actually turned out to taste good.
The place was actually nice because it was very spacious. You get to see the view of Session road if you sat near the windows. I guess they are extending Valentine's until the end of the month because of their decorations here.
They also had certain rules in this cafe
This was how much it cost us 121 Php or that's around 2.42
