Ulog#250 Inihaws- Baguio City, Philippines
It was the last day of my girlfriends work and we decided to go out for dinner with our friend. Our friend suggested that we eat here in this place called Inihaws. Their location is actually nice because it's in our central business district and beside the bus station, so there are a lot of people who eat here. All of their food their was grilled
This is their whole menu.
They were serving grilled chicken, pork, squid, ribs, Pork skewers, milk fish, Tilapia and Tuna
AS soon as you enter this place, you can watch them grill the food.
You have to order first before going to your table.
In their table they have bottled sauces called Inihaws Rapsa. They had original, sukang and spicy sauce.
A meal will get you Unlimited rice and soup, and iced tea.
Their soup tasted like sinigang.
This was how the place looked like, there were a lot of people who were dining in this place.
We ordered XL chicken which costs 139 php which is around 2.73 United States Dollar. This was the piece that I got, my friend was laughing because it looked like a frog.

Overall, this restaurant was good. The chicken was perfectly grilled and tender, The sauces added a lot of flavor to it. So if you want to eat in a restaurant that's cheap and fabulous if you're in Baguio I recommend eating in this place.
