Ulog # 88 Jacks Restaurant
Jacks Baguio Restaurant is one of the go to places of a lot of people to eat because of their prices. They actually have a motto of A Taste of the Highlands. This is located at Baguio City, Philippines and the branch where I ate was located at Center Mall. You can see how packed it was and they also have a second floor.
If you order a rice meal you would usually spend around 60 Php (1.11 USD) to 125 Php 2.32 USD depending on what you want . That's how cheap the meal are.
When you read their menu the most expensive meal that you could buy would cost 300 Php(around 5.57 USD) and those are meals that you can share with your family. They have a huge variety of food from beef, chicken pork noodles, vegetables, fried rice, and desserts.
I decided to eat their specialty Jacks Rice and it costs 99 Php or around 1.84 USD
Jack's rice has egg vegetables, pork, chicken and rice. I really think that it is worth it for its price. It tasted really delicious. The vegetables were crunchy and you would know that it is really fresh.
This was another time that I ate there but I also wanted to share it with you. This is jacks style chicken rice. I tried to get something without vegetables and then this is how it turned out. I doesn't look as appetizing as my other meal but it was actually good. It looked dry but, Thank God it wasn't

Love these kinds of food places, their menu is unpretentious and yummy seeming :D I think these kinds of places are actually quite hard to find in Australia, which is why i always get a bit food crazy whenever I travel through Asia hahahahah :D

Last time we have been to Baguio is two years ago I think and we often go to Good Taste. Another restaurant that I would like to try if ever we visit Baguio. I think I would go for the veggies. Hey just to ask have you tried the food stalls at the end of the Ukay Ukay stalls? They serve very good bagnet toppings there.
Oh cool, I hope you'll visit this place again in the future. Good taste is where everybody goes in this City. Food there is cheap and their serving is a lot and they are even have more branches now .
