Nice weather, food, drinks and good company
The other day me and my flatmates had a day off all together and specially because Maria is leaving we have decided to go out to grab a meal and spend the afternoon together.
We walked around Canary Wharf and since Maria is Italian and Alejandro is addicted to Pizza we have decided to stop by Pizza Pilgrims and give it a try, since none of us have ever been there.
The day was gorgeous and we sat outside. was very nice. it looked great and we didn't even thought twice between enjoying the sun or sitting inside.
When it comes to the menu in my opinion it is a little bit too limited and doesn't offer that many choices. Either food or drink wise.
When it comes to the service I have to say that it wasn't the most friendly. Both waitresses were actually not very polite and that was a little bit of a let down.
When the drinks came the size of the cocktails were alarming small but the food looked great.
And although the food looked great and tasted good it wasn't by far one of my favourite Pizzas. The base reminded me of of a crepe than an actual Pizza.
I will probably not be back to this place. It was simply okay to me and way below the expectations.
