koral Fish Fry with Rice || My weekly choice
Local cuisine always tastes good. And when it comes to fish, it feels more than good. Because fish is one of the integral parts of our cuisine. Last weekend I had the chance to have a Koral Fish Fry with rice. The restaurant I choose is quite popular for Bangali cuisine. I'm sharing some of the images I have captured.
This is how to preserve the fish to let the customers choose what fish they want. And then they instantly fry it. I wouldn't say this is very hygienic but all the other restaurants here serve food the same way. You can call it a tradition. So you have to consider this.

This is how the restaurant looks like. It's just a local place, nothing fancy. But the food is delicious.
The fish fried perfectly. I would say the price of this fish fry is a little high but as it's sea fish so I find this okay. And, the meal was really enjoyable.

That looks really delicious. I love fried fish. Fried fish is a major food option here in the UK but usually it’s covered in something not so healthy :)
Yeah, it's not hygienic at all. But as it was a rural area and there was no other option, so I had to choose this.
You will find this type of open restaurant or shop everywhere in Bangladesh. People wonder how we are surviving eating all these unhealthy. 😅
