Puloculinary #66: Bandeng Penyet of Soerabaja Cafe
This is the first time I've tasted Bandeng Penyet - “bandeng” is milkfish. Usually I love to eat Chicken Penyet. Out of curiosity about the taste of milkfish penyet, I ordered one portion at Soerabaja Cafe located in Ahmad Yani International Airport, Semarang.
You could find this cafe inside waiting room of the airport.
I and my friend, dr. Hasan, having lunch here before leaving for Jakarta. The restaurant is clean and cozy. They serve various kind of menu.
I ordered Bandeng Penyet because I have never ate this varian of Penyet before.
And you know, bandeng penyet is very tasteful, spicy and unforgettable.
