Bobby's demonstrates "human excellence" and human beings cannot help but respond with "Admiration," one of the three positive "Other-Judging Emotions." Your post, while not so intending, was the best advertisement for which Bobby's could ever hope. Authentic, and enthusiastic, testament in the absence of motive.
In city after city, you see the same phenomenon: The local restaurant/bakery/ice cream shop that becomes (and remains) a legend, not via marketing trickery ... but by earning freely given salutes.
Such phenomenon scales to every level of human-to-human interaction. Hence, whatever you do in life, strive to be the exemplar. People are awed by the extraordinary as a thing in and of itself.
