Restaurante Pousada Sol Nascente
My favourit restaurant it places 8 km far from my home in Praia do Diogo - Beberibe in state of Ceará Northeast of Brazil.
Praia do Diogo it's a non well known beach in Ceará but with a lot of interesting places to visit.
It's a quiet place to rest in weekend, visited by many tourists with 13 rooms, swimming pool, deck, and a free kitchen and bar to everybody.
As I'm a chef today I went to kitchen and make the lunch for 8 person.
I choose pork carré with tomato salad, spaguetti and onion farofa.
The restaurant and hotel was full, I spend the afternoon with my portuguese friends watching footbal on tv.
As the restaurant Sol Nascente is placed near a local fish comunity we can eat fresh sea food and fish.
A barbecue on the deck give us possibility tho choose between grilled and fried food.
I prefer grilled and one of the specialties on the menu is the owner's suggestion, the Portuguese Joaquim indicates grilled codfish but we have in local market other fish like cavala, serra, ariacó, garoupa and sirigado.

Eu adoro o interior e o mar mas consegui aqui em Beberibe unir as duas coisas. A cidade fica a 80km da capital e é no fundo uma pequena cidade de interior apesar de ser litoranea.

Que lugar fantástico e paradisíaco. Meu sonho é abandonar a vida na cidade e me mandar para o Nordeste ou Sul, em algum lugar nesse nível.
