The Bounty Beach Beef Burger

I have never really liked burgers as I always thought of them as just left overs in bread, until this.

Welcome to the Bounty, a french beach restaurant in Paje, Zanzibar. Here they make a burger in a different way and damn its good.

The restaurant is owned by a couple called Steff (French) and Emmy (Dutch). The vibe of the restaurant is all about the theme and do they do it well. I mean, check out the reserved marker

Enough about the restaurant. Let's get to the burger, simple and simply delicious. They marinate and mix their own beef and spicing it more like a flavour packed bolognise than a burger patty. Top it off with some rattatouille and special mayo and you have flavour that get on like a house on fire and the best beef burger I have eveer had!!!.
