Its just small shop beside road and really suitable for takeaway. Common thing for traveler to try street food that you never taste before in your country. Even spend lot of time queing,it satisfied! As I come by 2PM,I need to wait around 15 minutes to get this! Not so long enough right?
As I come there,it coincidentally on halloween day. So they serve lobster roll with black bun. The black bun made of pigmented with bamboo charcoal and some help of ink squid. For your information its common in Japan and China uses of bamboo charcoal in their cook from generation to generation.
So I ordered Regular Lobster Roll. When you first time see this black bun of course you dont want to try it but the curiosity kills your thought. Just one bite,its make you live again! With some mayo and secret spices on the top of meat,its perfect. Not diluted with salad,just simple roll. It has great taste,sweet and juicy meat! Its delicous with chunky meat and very fresh taste! I recommend peeps to try it when you guys in Japan!
