Want to eat seafood in Medan? Wajir Seafood can be one of the alternatives. Addressed on Jl. Colonel Sugiono, Wajir is in one of the tent stalls lined the roadside. The food vendors here start to open late in the afternoon until midnight. Not difficult to find Wajir Seafood. From what I saw, Wajir was the most crowded place at the time. Cars and motorcycles lined the parking lot on the sidewalk to sample the seafood here. The tables are very much lined up in the shophouses of closed shophouses.
Wajir Seafood offers seafood dishes with a taste that is not inferior to restaurant cuisine. Not only seafood, Wajir also provides hotplate and vegetable menu. Not to forget drinks such as juices are also available here.
The price offered is quite affordable ranging from 20 thousand to 30 thousand per menu. Maybe this is one of the reasons why this place is always crowded every night. Together with Kemenparekraf entourage, I also tasted dinner at Wajir Seafood. Menu like crab padang sauce, salted egg squid, steam tiociu fish, shrimp fried salted eggs, kangkung balacan seafood, tom yam, until the green chili eel into our meal. Although the food was ordered quite a lot but we did not wait long.
