KOTO Saigon Training Restaurant

Impressed by the building of the restaurant. Love it's atmosphere and the people there a lot. I had a meeting with partner there and we ordered set Mẹt. Woa!!! it was amazing. you should try it. I highly recommend it a must-have experience in Sai Gon. I have been a big fan of KOTO Hanoi restaurant for a long time and now of KOTO Sai Gon as well.

What can I say - absolutely Outstanding!!! In a city full of fantastic food & including all of the countries I have lived/travelled - really amazing! So pungent, aromatic & original...
Add to that - their history of helping disadvantaged youth - a magical combination! If you get a chance to go - take it!!

The story behind this restaurant is an interesting and very worthwhile one. It is to help disadvantaged and much more. Truly inspirational.
Everything that you feel once inside just oozes class and attention to detail. You feel special immediately and you haven't even sat down yet.
The food was hugely tasty and the actual presentation was first class, none of the staff appeared rushed or flustered at all adding to your ability to just relax and enjoy. I won't go through what we ate as I am sure it is irrelevant since every dish and patron is given the same excellent treatment.
I would just say that although we had a set menu, this did nothing to deter from the quality of the courses nor the variety or presentation. a mixture of fish, white meat and red meat. we had two vegetarians also who were more than pleased with their dishes.
Everything about the building was excellent, the decor, the seating arrangements, the friendliness of the staff.
i would only add that perhaps the range of drinks on offer was certainly towards the higher end of the budget, but in the end acceptable for the quality on show.
certainly a restaurant I would recommend and definitely visit on any future trip to Ho Chi Minh city.
