Ten Con Ten (madrid)
Every time I go to Madrid I stop at Ten Con Ten for a quick truffle risotto and their chocolate queen dessert.
On the outside, the restaurant looks very discreet since it doesn't advertise its self at all, except for a tiny sign that says "ten con ten" which stands for 10 out of 10.
The restaurant is located in the Embassy district of Madrid so it's always full of important diplomatic people that work for the different Embassies in the area.
It's a high-class restaurant and the prices reflect that as you can see here:
let's talk about the truffle risotto, it insanely good! it's not actually made of rice but pasta that is shaped teh same size as cooked rice so it fools your brain into thinking that the rice is the best ever, and its coated in a delicious creamy truffle sauce.
Even though the portion looks small it's very heavy! I was very full after that.
chocolate queen dessert which is a kind of caky brownie with vanilla ice cream. is always so fluffy and chocolaty. I highly recommend it.
