Noodles everyday?
No. I won't have noodles every day. That is just the name of this restaurant that prides thenselves as hand pulled noodles specialist. I have been to this restaurant before so I have an idea of what they serve.
This time, I went straight to the counter, looked at the options for ramen on the menu and placed my order. Braised beef ramen, that is.
I took a seat towards the wall on the left and watched an empty dining area. There was just this crew who got no one to serve yet. It was just past eleven in the morning and I was having my brunch.
Even the counter was vacated after I placed my order. Well again, there was no one else to serve so that was easy.
It did not take five minutes after I got seated and my coaster pager was flashing. My order is ready! Isn't that amazing? That is the beauty of when you dine in a restaurant during off-meal hours. You have the full attention of the restaurant.
It is a self-service restaurant so I got up to get my order. It was steaming hot! But... I forgot to tell them not to include the parsley with the toppings. I don't like the smell of parsely and celery.
I had to pick the small parsley slices and remove them before I started eating. When I first dined in this restaurant, I had the same experience. Now I have to do it again because of my forgetfulness.
Other than the parsely, everything was good. The beef was tender, savoring was just right and the noodles were firm and tender too. They were very good at estimating the cooking time for it to be perfect. And oh, I need to mention that the serving was big enough for two. But guess what? I was able to finish all. After all, it was for breakfast and lnch so I was still able to save. Two meals in one. 😊
