Noodles every day!

Noodles Everyday. That is the name of the restaurant at Northgate, Alabang, Muntinlupa City. It is the only Noodles Everyday restaurant that I have seen so I searched for it and found out that they have eight branches in Metro Manila.
The restaurant was in a line of restaurants area called Fastbytes. From the looks through the glass walls, the place seem like a fine dining restaurant. To satisfy my curiosity, I got in.
They have a long line of options overhead the cashier.
They also have the menu on the counter. I noticed that they have set of meals in bento style. "Interesting!" I thought. That is because I had the impression that the restaurant is Chinese. Now I see Japanese style meal. But wait, their menu says "ramen" so it is Japanese. But wait again, they talk about Chinese on their website. Can someone please read the foreign writing on the photos and let me know if this is Chinese or Japanese restaurant? 😃
They also have rice meals, congee and dumpling options. Cool! At least, the restaurant is not totally just of noodles alone.

I am in a noodle house so I shifted my eyes to the line of noddle options overhead. The first in line is Everyday Special Ramen which gave me the impression that it is their best specialty so it was what I ordered. At the price of P198.00 (US $ 3.82), I thought it is a bit pricey but sometimes it is not bad to indulge specially when you want to try something new.
While waiting for my order, I had the chance to look around the restaurant. It is clean, perfectly in order and the crew look professional. I can say that it is indeed a fine dining noodle house. There was not much diners, maybe because it was late night. I was catching for late dinner at almost ten o'clock at night.
It is a self-service restaurant so when my number was called, I stood up to the counter to get my bowl of noodles.
I literally exclaimed "Oh, my God!" when I saw what was waiting for me. It was a biiig bowl of noodles. I can certainly say that the serving is good for three persons.
One of the crew laughed at my reaction and said, "It's okay ma'am. If you have leftover, we can fix it for your takeaway."
"That's not the point," I thought but did not make the sound. The point is, I can't finish the serving and taking the leftover home may not be an option.
So that explains the high price. It is a very big serving.

I was wondering what I am going to do with the whole serving. The noodles were firm, not soggy like many others. I also noticed the more ingredients as compared to others which would usually just have meat (pork or beef) and onions on top. For this one, it has beef which seem braised, squid balls which I love the blend of ingredients, wonton dumplings, vegetables like cabbage, carrot strips, onions and celery. Oh well, I do not like the strong scent of celery and I forgot to ask if their serving has it so I can instruct not to include it anymore. Anyway, it's already here. The good thing is, the small chops were just toppings so I was able to remove them before I started eating. Yap, that is how I dislike celery. I will remove it when I can. 😊
The soup is very good and savory. I almost drained my leftover. 😃
While I tried to finish as much as I can, there is no way that I can finish everything. As expected, I have my leftover for takeaway. I need to figure out what I'm going to do with it when I don't keep a fridge. 😊
While I was waiting for the crew to fix my leftover, I glanced at a couple who arrived in the middle of my meal to the table on my right. They have the same size of bowl of noodles and they are sharing it. Cool, the serving is indeed for sharing. This will be a good place when you want to dine out with friends or family.

Thank you
Looks like they have so many choices. If I was there I would be so confused what to eat.🤣
That happens to me a lot of times when I don't know what to order specially when it is my first time in a restaurant. What I usually do is just ask the crew of what their specialty is. 😊
That's a great idea. I'll try it next time.😉
Hahaha that's really pricey but at least its worth the price. Because of tasteem I'm trying out a lot of new restaurants. Thank you for sharing us this lovely review!
Yap, I also try different restaurants when I discovered Tasteem. I used to just eat out in few quick service restaurants (not to mention I'm a Jollibee kid 😃) but now I'm trying different options that are available. 😊
What a cool name for the place and the food looks so good and a big enough portion for two or for leftovers for another time
I'm actually wondering how the name of the restaurant was derived. At first I thought the owner may have ran out of ideas 😃 But then, there must be a reason behind the name.
Living alone, I am not a fan of leftovers while I'm here in Manila. That can work perfectly well when I am in the province where my family is...😊
