La Bussola - Ristorante Pizzeria
Hello friends,
Today I review "La Bussola" a restaurant in Basilicata.
The restaurant is located near a lake in the countryside: Lake Pantano.

At the entrance there is a bar and the wood is the main element of the furniture.

The style of the restaurant is rustic.
The tables, chairs and benches are made of wood.

You can choose to eat indoors or outdoors.

I, my family and my friends chose to eat outdoors.

The first thing that surprises me when I get the menu are the prices.
Really low.

Finding a pizza for the price of three euros in a restaurant is a very rare thing.

We order the pizzas and after about a quarter of an hour they arrive at our table.
The pizza you see in the following photo is a margherita pizza with wurstel.

The pizza you see in the following photo is a "Quattro formaggi" pizza.

I had thought that if the pizza cost so little it could not even be good.
But instead the pizza is really good.
Outside there is a play area.

"La Bussola" also has rental bikes.
There is a long cycle path that extends around the entire perimeter of the Pantano lake.

My opinion:
This restaurant was a pleasant surprise.
The appearance of the restaurant can be misleading.
Great food, great pizza, low prices and very kind staff = recommended restaurant.
