Here is my suggestion:

1. There is a similar food review application on android. You may interested to check it out at https://steemit.com/@letseat. It is an easier to use and review application on mobile phone. Perhaps you may want to do a collaboration with them.

2. Create a team of moderator and invited judge guest for each contest. The moderator may need to check the references of the images/photos provided and the content of the post. The judge will give point to the submitted post.
