Original Pho Place in Paris, 'Song Heng'
Although there are numbers of Vietnamese, Soups place in Paris, it is quite hard to find a original restaurant. I've been going to this Song-Heng for quite a long time and yet never seen once failed to satisfy customers.
There are two types of Pho as far as I know. This place offers Cambodian style clear soup and bobun, just these two plates. No more. You can choose between two sizes - Grand or Petit. (I recommend Grand though)
Once a year, the restaurant goes on holiday during summer for a month but except those times, it's always open from Monday to Saturday, 11am to 4pm. The soup and noodles are amazing and servers are amicable. If you come to Paris and look for a good Pho place, this is it!
