Named Rou Jia Mo, it is little known that this dish has appeared in China since the Qin Dynasty (around 221-207 BC). Although there are differences between American hamburgers and Chinese street food, according to the records, Rou Jia Mo is the first hamburger in the world.

Also present in the ears, this powder can be put in a frying pan or oven. The cake has a medium, firm taste.
