覇王樹 さぼてん本店
初台駅からすぐのオペラシティB1Fにある「覇王樹 さぼてん本店 」に行ってきました。
サンプルなのに美味しそう
お弁当などのテイクアウトメニューもあります。
店内から厨房が丸見えなのですが、店内も厨房もどちらも清掃がゆき届いていてきれいにしていますね。
ロース、ヒレはもちろん、イベリコ豚も選べます。
特製やわらかヒレカツ御膳を注文
もちろんキャベツと白いご飯はおかわり自由です。
ヒレカツです。
ヒレカツは大きいが真ん中の方がほんのりピンク色で火が通り過ぎてないのがわかります。丁度良い日の通り具合です。
大きめの衣はサクサクで歯ごたえがよく、それに対してヒレカツはやわらかく一口噛むと肉の旨味が口の中に広がります。
ボリュームも多くキャベツをおかわりすることはありませんでした。値段は少しはりますが味とボリュームに満足のいくとんかつ屋さんでした。
