Another Good Spot For Breakfast In Penang
Had this throwback when I was back in Penang last week. I went to this kopitiam to meet up with my friend for breakfast and did some catch up on latest news in Penang. Love this kopitiam whereby the boss is very friendly and funny too. They serve the coffee and other drinks with passion. Their roti bakar (toast) and boiled egg are their signatures where I see lots of people ordered and enjoyed.
Where we sat, there was this uncle singing and playing guitar for the public. Haha, the uncle was quite good and the place was filled with vibe. We enjoyed our moment talking about different things at that spot.
Their coffee with the signature bear sign. Pretty cute for a traditional coffee shop to embrace the coffee art.
Local signature toast with kaya and butter. The texture of the bread was good and thus came in well mixed.
If you are looking for some local experience of breakfast around Penang, this is a great spot to go! The coffee shop is actually attached to a larger facility which is the Batu Lanchang Wet Market with different kinds of things sold here and also other food stalls like chicken rice, economy rice, different kind of mees, lobak and more.
