Small Canteen around the Corner
How many dishes could you make from wheat flour? Shaanxi, a western province in China, is known for the most delicious cooked wheaten food in China. Although I live in Shanghai, the eastern part of China, I also could find some tasty Shaanxi cuisines just around the corner. Today, I will introduce a small canteen in Niu Zhuang Road, where you may find some well-known cooked wheaten food, such as Biangbiang Noodle, Rou Gamo and a variety of bean jelly. Located in the centre of downtown, the canteen is not so spacious. There are just five tables and may be crowded in the rush hours. However, it is value for the money. You may choose a set menu or some featured dishes. Highly recommended.
