KWETIAU GORENG

Bahan:
500gr kwetiau
1 telur
2 potong sosis
Suwir ayam goreng secukupnya
1 batang daun mustar
1 genggam taoge
1 daun bawang, diiris
1 batang seledri, diiris
Minyak goreng
Garam, penyedap
Kecap
Acar sebagai pelengkap
Tomat sebagai pelengkap
Bawang goreng
Bumbu halus :
4 lembar bawang merah
2 lembar bawang putih
5 buah cabai merah
2 buah kemiri
1 sendok teh lada
Bubur
Bagaimana membuat :
Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bumbu sampai harum, bumbui, masukkan telur aduk hingga telur matang.Masukkan sosis, ayam, sawi dan taoge, aduk hingga sawi hijau.Masukkan mie, beri kecap sampai saus kedelai merata.Tambahkan garam dan bumbu untuk diaduk kembali.Koreksi rasa, jika cocok untuk mematikan api.Tambahkan daun bawang dan seledri aduk hingga rata.Taburi daun bawang.
Makan dengan acar cabe.
