Anda Bhurji Pav - Breakfast on the go!
Right, due to heavy rains, maid didn't show up in the morning to cook breakfast. So I had to sort something in the morning after reaching breakfast. I decided to go for another of my favourite - Anda Bhurji Pav (Indian version of Scrambled eggs and Toast).
If you're at Senapati Bapat Marg, close to Indiabulls Finance Centre, then there are a lot of street food stalls under the brigde. Different vendors serving breakfast and lunch. I decided to walk opposite IFC, to find this stall doing Eggs for breakfast.
Single Egg and toast will cost you 1.6 steem or 35 US$ cents and 2 eggs and toast 0.65 US$ cents or approx 3 Steem.
I opted for the latter. Onion, tomatoes, and green chillies, were pan fried and then on goes two eggs.
2 minutes later I got my eggs, and toast is heated white bread.
I have been to almost every vendor in the vicinity and the prep and taste is the same. I really like having eggs for breakfast, poached, fried, scrambled, you name the style. so it was nice to have some nice tasty protein in the morning. The guy was kind enough to make it with less oil and less sp8cy to my tatse.
