Chaudhary Tadka - A small economical takeaway for once in a while

Weekends are typically meant to be lazy. That means, when it comes to food, it normally implies relying on another restaurant for food. While I do like cooking, I can't do so on weekends. Also it gives me an opportunity to try something I'll never cook at home.
That brings to my takeaway place for this Sunday - Chaudhary Tadka. I opted for delivery because finding parking in Mumbai is painful no matter which day, what time it is. I was trying theis place ou5 for the first time.
We had some litti at home. Now litti is a round ball of flour filled with sattu, another grain, and then baked. It is usually eaten with chokha, an aubergine mash. However, we had run out of it so ordered daal fry, chickpea curry and yoghurt raita from the takeaway place.
The chickpea curry was nice, a little oily but tasted nice.
yoghurt raita was sweeter than it should have been and that is not sweet at all. Daal was not great either, too watery for what I was expecting. However, surprisingly it all went well with Littis.
However, the food is good for cheap food when you're on a budget. The food is worth the money

That's nice. Tasteem is pretty cool for as long as you have the opportunities to review restaurants or food stalls. See you around with your more reviews. 😊
