BIG KITCHEN BAR & CAFE (REVIEW)
I will be sharing you one of the budget hotels with good ambiance and of course best food that you may wanna try if you plan to visit Cebu. It lies from the heart of emerging entertainment hub in the city. It is located at Park Mall Dr, Mandaue City, Cebu. Just a five a minute walk from the City Time Square. What I like about this hotel is that it has the easiest access to transportation because it's just a walking distant from the TERMINAL, MALL and high end clubs and restaurants.
The Big Kitchen Bar offers contemporary dishes giving you a unique dining experience with their rustic and old school interior design. As the restaurant described itself as an easily transitioning from a breakfast hub offering free-flowing coffee for coffee clubs, to a jazzy, downtown bar offering top-rate cocktails and the best whiskey selection in town.
They also have this BIG CAFE just at the lobby. Non-guests can also use the area to study, work or just chill out for it has fairly strong internet connection. At the cafe, they serve pastries, coffee and lattes. As what I know and heard the hotel is an advocate of recycling and up cycling materials. Some of their decorations in the hotel are recycled materials. It's just good to know that they are doing business with ethics.
If you do feel like dining and have some natural fresh air, they also have this good spot outside the resto wherein you can see the street view. The ambiance is very relaxing.
As a minimalist, I like the idea of the hotel which doesn't have a lot of extravagant decorations. It looks simple but elegant.
They have daily lunch buffet which only costs P300.00 (6.00 dollars).
I ordered this chocolate freeze which costs P105.00 (2 dollars)
This is really a budget hotel and resto bar which gives you a luxurious feel. The area is very cozy and fancy. On top of everything their staffs are very accommodating. When I was waiting for my peers to come, they did talk to me nicely and suggested good drinks to order. Since the hotel is kind of new to the industry, it's evident all throughout the lobby and the restaurant it's millennial-old-school interior and exterior design. The area is not that spacious but already good for conference, meeting, parties and any occasions.
