Cafe cacamerba Daging gulai Kawah
I have dinner at Cafe cacamerba , they cook all sort of Malay dish. Today i will show you a local dish call "Daging gulai Kawah "
The meaning behind "Gulai" is a type of food containing rich, spicy and succulent curry-like sauce.
" Daging" here refer to beef.
"Kawah" normally refering to the big wok .
According to the stuff, they normally boil the meal in the sauce for 2 to 3 hours until it is very soft.
They sell it for RM7 per portion without rice.
I order one for myself .
