3 course meal for RM15 ( 3.69USD) only?
yup , you did not read wrongly . 3 course meal for RM15. I saw this on fave .
This offer bring me to Sudirman Cafe . It take me some time to figure out where it is . Turn out it is actually in a hotel call EDC hotel after i saw the banner on the pillar.
According to fave , this meal come with
clear vegetable soup
japanese tofu
White rice
Egg foo young
Mixed vegetables
one(1)meat/seafood dish (choose from ):
Sudir butter prawn
Stir-fried black pepper beef
Stir-fried cashew nut chicken
Iced longan with almon jelly
one(1) cordial drink
I choose the Sudir butter prawn for my main dish .
Here is how my meal look like when i order:

Enviroment
The place is air-conditioning .Very nice place as how a hotel restaurant/Cafe should feel .
How to get there?
You can come here by Public transport using lRT to PWTC station and take a 8 miutes walk .
My verdict
The food is well done .And the place really deserve some customer. I can understand why are they selling at RM15 because i work in F&B myself. Malaysia is currently experiencing a slow economy. Hotel are struggling to survive. If you always wanted to eat a hotel cook meal , this is your chance .
