Bakso Twist: A Twist that Turned Me On.
Indeed, Tasteetwist. Bakso or baso is an Indonesian meatball, or a meat paste made from beef surimi.

Its texture is similar to the Chinese beef ball, fish ball, or pork ball. The word bakso may refer to a single meatball or the complete dish of meatball soup.
Indeed a twist in the typical bakso as they have added more balls in the soup. Chicken meatballs, fishballs and beef meatballs!
Rice vermicelli is a very plain staple food but surprisingly, it speaks louder when served in bakso soup.
Other than that, Bakso Twist also served Nasi Kerabu, which had a light blue rice, because rice was cooked with the Butterfly Pea flower petals for the natural, blue color.
Served like a snack platter, the dish was complete with all goodness of carbs, protein and vitamins. This was in fact a one-person meal!
It was so gooooood! That I think - only this restaurants served them like this. It was flavourful and delicious.
The shop had a simple set up but decorated in geometric theme. The presentation of food were looking fabulous. These foods were considered as native foods where presentations were mostly ignored. 😂
Service staff were friendly. A little quiet but friendly. Full of smiles.
