すすきので抑えておきたいジンギスカンの有名店
以前ご紹介した開陽亭の他、すすきのに行くときに必ず行くジンギスカン専門店があります。
札幌には数多くのジンギスカン屋があると思いますが、私は「だるま」という店に毎回食べに行きます。
今回は本店や複数の店舗がある中、きれいな店舗の「成吉思汗だるま 二階亭」に行ってきました。
ジンギスカンって漢字で「成吉思汗」と書くって知ってました？
二階亭は他の店舗と違い、排煙設備が整っており、ロッカーに上着なども入れて置けるので匂いが気になるかたにはうれしい店舗です。
本店に行くと煙がめちゃくちゃすごいので匂いが大変なことになります。それでこそだるまと言う人もいます(笑)
開店前から並ばないと行列に巻き込まれてしまいます。また本店の話で恐縮ですが、雪が降っていてもお構いなしに長い行列が常にできています。二階亭は屋内で待つことができる点もいいですね。
奥のほうに待合スペースのようなものがありますが、もちろんそれもはみ出して店内に並ぶのでかなり狭いです。ここで入りきらないと階段で並ぶことになります。
しばらくして着席できました。
メニューは基本的にこちらにある通り、肉は「並」「上」「ヒレ」とシンプルです。
とりあえず初回の注文を済ませビールで乾杯。ゲレンデ帰りなので格別のうまさです。
生大がなかなかの迫力
肉を注文したら野菜と脂がまずは並べられます。
その間に肉が続々と到着です。
まずは並。
次に上とヒレ肉が到着しました。
あとは鍋に肉を投入してひたすら食すのみです。
お好みでたれに一味とニンニクを好きなだけ投入できます。
ビールとのコントラストがやばすぎます。
ここのラム肉は全くくせがなく、あまりジンギスカンが好きではない人もおいしく食べられると思います。
コスパも抜群で、初めての人を連れていくともれなく喜んでくれます。
今回は肉を注文しすぎて満腹を超えた満腹でした(笑)
すすきので食事に迷った際はぜひ一度行ってみてください。並ぶ覚悟が必要ですが。
