ローカルなベーグル屋さん
先日ご紹介しました和菓子の黒松のほぼ向かいにあるのが今回ご紹介する「ヒガジュウベーグル」というベーグル屋さんです。
可愛らしい小さなお店です。
ショーケースにはいろいろなベーグルが並んでいます。
昼食に辛いものをいただいたので甘いものが食べたくなり、ダブルチョコを今回は注文しました。
チョコたっぷりでうれしいです。
こちらでは国産の小麦と白神山地こだま酵母、ホシノ天然酵母を使用しており、工程としては茹でずに蒸して焼いているそうで、ソフトな味わいな気がします。
店先にはネコの飾りやネコカフェのチラシなどが置いてありますが、店主がネコ好きだそうです。
