Goat curry in the style of a street restaurant.
Usually goat curry is enjoyed with jala bread or rolled bread. There are a few tips on making this goat curry so as not to fail that is, after the mutton is washed and cut into layers with papaya leaves then let stand for a while. Ingredients
500 grams of mutton with bones
right amount of oil
Ground spices :
10 onion cloves
5 garlic cloves
4 candlenut
1 ginger finger segment
2 large red chilies
6 curly red chilies
1 segment of turmeric finger
1 tablespoon of sangria cilantro
½ tsp pepper powder
½ teaspoon cumin
½ tsp sweet anise
6 cloves
5 kaffir lime leaves
4 cardamom grains
3 lemongrass stalks, take white crisp
½ nutmeg
1 piece of flowers
1 liter of liquid coconut milk
200 ml of thick coconut milk
How to make
Cut the taste of mutton with bone.
saute smooth spices, nutmeg, mace, cardamom, cloves, lemongrass and orange leaves until flavorful and cooked.
Add mutton, stir.
Then add liquid coconut milk, stir until the meat is tender
Finally add thick coconut milk, stir until thick sauce. Lift and serve.
