Street Food : The Tradisional Salad of Aceh, Rujak Salak Pliek U Saos Sunti

Enjoying traditional snacks is certainly hunting on the roadside for sure.
Well, this time I happened to be at a traditional Aceh Salad shop.

Here we know it as "Rujak Salak Pliek U Khas Bireuen", one of the traditional salad outlets that serves previous culinary delights.

Rujak Salak Pliek U is served with salak fruit. Pliek u is a traditional Acehnese spice that comes from coconut fermentation. This distinctive taste from the coconut fermentation makes it a snack that has a unique taste and is only available in the province of Aceh, Sumatra-Indonesia.

Nothing special, like street food we usually meet, this outlet is also on the street. It's just that the owner uses a box car as a salad shop.

The price is quite affordable, for one portion, I only need to pay 5000 rupiah. Besides being able to take home, the owner of this outlet also provides a set of tables and chairs to eat here.

The atmosphere is quite shady, under the trees while chatting with friends, eating traditional food is quite an extraordinary impression.

All of these are traditional Acehnese snacks that are now easily found in My city, Lhokseumawe.
