Sup Buah, sweety and fresh fruit on night corner
After my exercising sport activity at night (playing futsal) I had time to stopping by at one of the culinary corners in the night at my town. Sup Buah, we call it like that, but it's different from the Soup that we usually find, cooked, and usually made from seafood or meat.
Sup Buah or Fruit soup is a dissert served from fresh fruit, for example; papaya, apples, jackfruit, avocado, corn, seaweed and gelatin. the whole main ingredient is not cooked meaki, although it was called soup.
All the fresh fruit is cut into the size of a dice, then mixed together (not blind it), added milk and syrup (rasberry flavor) and sprinkled with ice on the top, become a Fruit Soup.
To find Sup Buah is not difficult in my city, the road in front of the Sudirman field is one of the localities of the Sup Buah stall seller, and tonight I visited while taking my thirst after exercising with fresh fruit dessert.
the place looks not so elegant, just like the street food stall.
by a tend stall, their were opening at every afternoon untill midnight and closed at the morning.
for a cup of sup buah you could paid about IDR 10.000,-
