Mie Kocok, Another taste of Aceh Culinary
Mie Kocok is one type of noodles food on the north coast of Aceh. Not all regions in Aceh have this culinary, even though Aceh is known as one of the provinces that is familiar of noodles flavors.
Mie Kocok is served with chicken broth, usually made from starch and flour. For noodles, usually only brewed with hot water with tauge for a few minutes in a special container, then the noodles are served with pieces of chicken meat, then watered in a special broth.
Mie Kocok 'Bang Jal', one that is known to be quite familiar in the Krueng Mane area, North Aceh, Aceh province. Besides being visited by many people, this stall is also convenient for enjoying the culinary delights of the north coast of Aceh.
The culinary stall looks busy, you must be waiting for order the menus of Mie Kocok.

My own was ready to bring at the table, the owner of Mie Kocok was my friend, so I do not need the service by the waiters, I do it by my self, to help my friend caused he looks busy of the culinary ordered.
