Bandung Porridge - Indonesia

Hello friends!
I would like to share my yesterday's breakfast experience.

The food stall name was Bubur Bandung (Bubur means porridge, and bandung is a name of a city which is located in West Java). It was located in front of Berlian lobby, Blok M Square - South Jakarta.

It was impermanent cause they had a short operational hour. Only from 6-8.30pm.

The food stall was crowded and had many customers.

Here was the dining area when i was there at around 7.50am yesterday.

The food

The porridge was served with the fried chicken sliced, cakwe, fried chips, celery and also sleek, all on its' top. It was savory so i put some chilli sauce and also sweet soy sauce there too. So it had the complete flavor, savory, spicy and a bit sweet. It was delicious.

The porridge had some complementary (but needed to pay extra for this), satay. You could choose for it.

I chose the chicken intestine satay.

It was delicious, savory and tasty. I loved it.

The price that i should pay for the porridge, a satay and also a glass of tea was 21,000 IDR or around 1.6 USD.
