My Weekly Choice, Tasteem Review
Last week while in Bogota we decided to go for some fine dining. The restaurant, La Antigua Parrilla was a fancy one located on the main downtown street. It was a Churassco or Steak House and was excellent for the price. Don't be alarmed these prices can be divided by 3 to convert to USD, so yes I got a big steak, some chicken, sausages, pork and sides for $10.00
I had the Parrilla da Antigua, pictured in the main image and my companion had the Pollo Al Sarten. We split a decent bottle of Argentinian Merlot. As you can see the portion sizes were more than generous and the food tasted as good as it looked.
The restaurant was located next to our lodging and was easy to get to. Like any big city there are thousands of choices in Bogota and excellent street food. We just felt like something with a romantic atmosphere.
Here's what it looks like from the street, if you don't read or speak Spanish, it's difficult to get around Bogota, Colombia. We were walking by, decided to try it out and we're glad we did. Thank you for reading.

The food looks delicious !
The food is definetely great down here and the price is right. I like seeing the cows in the fields too and not locked up in some factory barn.
