A few days ago, in the company of a couple of friends, now living in Milan for work reasons, we went to the Bar La Galleria for a light aperitif and Spritz base and some appetizers. If you are looking for a place to relax and where there are not many people, the Gallery is the right place for you.

Qualche giorno fa, in compagnia di una coppia di amici, ormai residenti a Milano per motivi di lavoro, ci siamo recati al Bar La Galleria per un aperitivo light e base di Spritz e qualche antipasto. Se cerchi un posto dove rilassarti e dove non ci sia molta gente, la Galleria è il luogo giusto per te.

Late afternoon always puts a little appetite and maybe we didn't hold back enough. In fact, in addition to the classic chips, olives and taralli, we ordered a few pieces of focaccia, rustic, bruschetta, panino and tramezzino. Have we exaggerated? Never mind, it was all really very good! The bar has a large room that surrounds the entire bar counter, well stocked with sweets, croissants and croissants, for a rich morning breakfast.

Il tardo pomeriggio mette sempre un pò di appetito e forse non ci siamo trattenuti abbastanza. Infatti oltre alle classiche patatine, olive e taralli, abbiamo ordinato qualche pezzo di focaccia, rustico, bruschetta, panino e tramezzino. Abbiamo esagerato? Non importa, era tutto davvero molto buono! Il bar ha un'ampia sala che circonda tutto il banco del bar, ben fornito di dolci, cornetti e brioche, per una ricca colazione mattutina.

The Gallery is located in a central area of the city, but not such that it is always crowded. And this is good if you want to talk together without being disturbed by other people's voices. The spritz were so good we had to get more glasses, also because the amount of appetizers the waiter brought us was plentiful.

La Galleria è situata in una zona centrale della città, ma non tale da essere sempre affollata. E questo è un bene se si vuole parlare in compagnia senza essere disturbati dalle voci delle altre persone. Gli spritz erano così buoni che abbiamo dovuto prendere altri bicchieri, anche perchè la quantità di antipasti che ci ha portato il cameriere era abbondante.

What I like most about the restaurant is that the kitchen is clearly visible and it is nice to see the pastry chefs at work preparing cakes, desserts and ice creams. It relaxes me a lot. The gallery is open every day from early morning, around 06, until late evening. Enter and leave all your thoughts out.

Ciò che più mi piace del locale è che la cucina è ben visibile ed è bello vedere i pasticcieri a lavoro mentre preparano torte, dolci e gelati. Mi rilassa molto. La galleria è aperta tutti i giorni dalla mattina presto, circa le 06, fino a tarda serata.
Entrate e lasciate fuori tutti i vostri pensieri.
