Last night I was with a friend of mine drinking at the Fabrica, a bar that also takes care of preparing dishes for lunch or dinner. It is a modern place, open for over a year, in a residential and newly built area of Trani. The bar is characterized by the breakfast room and the rear room used mainly for dinners and lunches for workers.

Ieri sera sono stato con un mio amico a bere al Fabrica, un bar che si occupa anche di preparare piatti per il pranzo o per la cena. È un locale moderno, aperto da più di un anno, in una zona di Trani residenziale e di nuova costruzione. Il bar è caratterizzato dalla saletta per le colazioni e dalla sala posteriore adibita soprattutto per le cene ed i pranzi dei lavoratori.

In the warmer periods, the bar has tables outside, easily sheltered by awnings, so as to avoid both rain and the hot summer sun. The bar offers a wide variety of wines to pair with seafood dishes, meat menus or fleeting aperitifs.

Nei periodi più caldi, il bar dispone di tavoli all'esterno, comodamente riparati da tende da sole, in modo da evitare sia la pioggia sia il caldo sole estivo. Il bar offre una grande varietà di vini da abbinare a piatti di mare, a menù di carne oppure ad aperitivi fuggenti.

We ordered a beer and a non-alcoholic drink and preferred to sit in the big room. The bar has a lot of taste even in the furnishings and inside there is tranquility and privacy. The Fabrica is open every day and during holidays, like on Sundays, it organizes high quality menus, specific for lunch.

Noi abbiamo ordinato un birra ed un analcolico e abbiamo preferito sederci nella sala grande. Il bar ha molto gusto anche nell'arredamento e all'interno vi è tranquillità e privacy. Il Fabrica è aperto tutti i giorni e durante i giorni festivi, come la domenica, organizza dei menu di alta qualità, specifici per il pranzo.

The menu is not cheap but if you want to eat in a genuine and healthy way, Fabrica is the place for you.
