Le Muraglie: a tasty dinner
Today I talk about a restaurant where we like to go back to eat every now and then. It is a fairly familiar place, there are not many kids, but they are customers who constantly come back every week.
Le Muraglie is also an excellent pizzeria and one of the few that continue to use a wood-fired oven that provides a much more characteristic fragrance. We sat in the first small and cozy room, especially after the recent renovation.
Here it is a must to order some terrines for starters such as parmigiana, soufflé of palate and speck and bacon rolls. The house specialty is the excellent focaccia served at the table instead of bread, very crunchy and tasty, especially indicated if you order meat.
As I said the pizza is very good, here they are thin and well cooked, seasoned in an excellent way. The finest pizza has the same name as the trattoria ** Muraglie ** and is stuffed with mushrooms, parmesan flakes, mozzarella, tomato sauce and bacon.
The bill is certainly cheap: with only 20 euros in total we had dinner very well and we had to take a nice walk to dispose of all the food.
