Casale San Nicola - A magical restaurant
The restaurant I will talk about is called Casale San Nicola, a wonderful farmhouse where nature and history are the undisputed protagonists. The Casale is a structure built in stone as far back as 1070 AD and it was a place of prayer and meeting during the hours of rest, and subsequently used as a warehouse for the products of the earth and as an oil mill.
The restaurant is set in a very well-kept garden, whose symbol is a giant centuries-old olive tree, having several centuries of life behind it. The menu is very rich and refined, you can choose a menu of fish or meat, depending on your taste.
The courses are well proportioned and with very bright colors. The products used are all from neighboring cities and are of high quality. I love their desserts because they are really delicious and the compositions are incredible. Each dish photo served is a small work of art.
The Casale San Nicola is not only a place where you can eat excellently but it is also a place where you can relax and take peaceful walks during lunch. A warm and welcoming place, simple and full of colors.
It is also a restaurant where many weddings are celebrated and you can spend very pleasant hours, with a pleasant background music, always relaxing.
It is a very special place for me because I also celebrated my wedding here and I often go back to eating as I consider the Casale to be a truly enchanting place and the very kind staff always welcomes you in a joyful way.
